Slurry cementitious passivating anti-rust, monocomponent product in powder for the treatment of the reinforcing steel of the deteriorated concrete, to protect from acid gasses and functioning as adhesion hook in re-treating concrete castings, or the restoration with the anti-shrinkage mortar TOP GROUP.

CHARACTERISTICS

APPLICATION FIELDS

Apply on reinforcing steel and the concrete. Do not employ like anticorrosion finishing product.

SURFACES PREPARATION

All the surfaces that will be treated must be clean, solid, and free of detached parts. The reinforcing steels must be brushed and free of any rust trace (in this case treat with the anti-rust converter TOP FER before the use of the product).

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Mix TOP SAN with about 20-25% of clean water in order to obtain a lump free paste.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Apply on the substrate (reinforcing steel or concrete) a first coat of product in a thickness of about 1 mm, covering completely using a brush, let dry for about 2 hours. Then apply a second coat of product until you reach a total thickness of 2mm and let it dry. In the next 3/5 hours cover with a concrete casting or with a repair anti-shrinkage mortar TOP GROUP.
