Product in powder for finishing and protection of industrial floorings, for interior and exterior to medium-heavy traffic, with a good abrasive strength, composed of silicieous aggregates and spheroid quartz with a favorable grading curve, cements, coloured pigments and specific admixtures.

APPLICATION FIELDS

It is applied on concrete surfaces manually or with appropriate distributing machines, with the fresh on fresh technique.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

SUBSTRATES PREPARATION

Substrates must be exclusively made of concrete and at their first gripping phase.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

The product in powder is ready to use.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

QUARZO INDUSTRIALE is to employ exclusively on fresh concrete surfaces placed and striked with the pouncing technique distributing at least 2-3 mm of product in two or more coats, and finished with inox trowels both in case of manually or mechanically, compacting and levelling until you obtain a surface perfectly smoothed.
