Description

CHARACTERISTICS

ANTEPLAST is a fixative with a high penetrating power, ready to use, white or coloured, based on acrylics resins in water dispersion, suitable for the substrate treatment before plastic coatings placing. It is also useful to equalize the substrates absorption, and it works like surfaces consolidating, creating a rough surface.

APPLICATION FIELDS

Thanks to its consolidating power it is suitable on plasters slightly crumbling, before the application of plastic coatings; as substrate of cementitious plasters highly cured; or on old paintings attached.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

The substrates must be clean, dry, cured and free of detached parts. It is recommended to remove possible synthetic coatings if they are not well attached.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Mix ANTEPLAST before the use. Not to dilute. In case of excessive heat add a little quantity of clean water.

APPLICATION

Apply the product at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C, with brush, roller or spray, in only one coat. Eventual plaster patches must be perfectly dry and cured. Protect from heavy rain for the first 12 hours.
